Manifest hidden in an extra folder
The LMS expects imsmanifest.xml at the root of the SCORM ZIP. If the entire course was zipped as a folder, the manifest can be present but one directory too deep. An unambiguous extra wrapper can be removed.
An LMS reporting “imsmanifest.xml is missing” or a 404 when a course launches may be encountering a packaging error. SCORM Patch checks for two narrow, safely repairable cases, without guessing at the rest.

A manifest can reference a launch path that differs from the packaged filename only by letter case. On case-sensitive systems, that can cause a missing-page error. The tool only corrects a single clear match.
